The Villa Ranch was homesteaded in 1915 by Norwegian settlers and is now owned
and operated by third and fourth-generation family members.

The family continues to protect the land and environment through conservation practices
and multiple improvements such as ponds, roads, and fields. Grazing is controlled and the
number of hunters is limited in order to help sustain the wildlife populations.

This beautiful, quiet, private ranch setting is to be enjoyed and shared with others.
Hunting, hiking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing have long been enjoyed at the
Villa Ranch. Whether looking at stars, listening to coyotes howl, observing wild game and
birds, or witnessing the changes of seasons, there is always something to explore.
Through careful stewardship, these qualities will remain for future generations.
